The spacious and comfortable room with a small balcony offered stunning views. The generous and delicious breakfast for only 4 euro was a great way to start the day. The owner provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights, and hiking trails, ensuring that we had plenty of activities to enjoy during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Iturbe in Axpe de Busturia. The location was perfect - nestled in the quiet forest, but still a short drive to both Gernika and the coast. The owner was kind and hospitable, even though she couldn't speak English. The well-kept traditional house was tastefully decorated with interesting items and the room was spacious and clean. The host provided great information about the surroundings and even let us use the kitchen. And who could forget the curious house donkey that greeted us on arrival - definitely a bonus!
The only suggestion I have is to add some tea and/or coffee in the common area or in the room. It would be nice to have a hot beverage option, especially since there are no food and drink options nearby.

The rooms at Agroturismo Iturbe were cozy and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The kitchenette with a microwave was great for quick snacks, and the private bathroom was convenient. Plus, I loved the free toiletries and hair dryer provided.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the limited options available for breakfast.

The rooms at Agroturismo Iturbe are cozy and charming, giving off a homey vibe. As a young traveler, I appreciate having the option to choose between rooms and apartments, providing a comfortable and flexible stay that suits my needs perfectly. Plus, the kitchenette with a microwave is a fantastic addition for quick and easy meals.
Personally, I found the selection of toiletries to be a bit limited. However, this is just my opinion, and others might still find the provided toiletries to be sufficient.

The breakfast was fire, the rooms were mad comfy, and the view was straight up dope. We loved chilling with the sheep and the dogs, but it would've been lit if the cat could've joined us too. Iturbe is mad chill and we totally recommend it for a sick and relaxing vacation.
The only thing that could've been better for us party animals was if there were more options for turn up nearby. It would've been fire to have some cool places to hang out and have a good time within walking distance.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and rural area, offering tranquility and breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and some even have balconies overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is situated close to hiking trails and only a short drive away from restaurants, shops, and attractions. The friendly host provides great recommendations for activities in the area and the breakfast, for a small additional fee, is generous.
There are some limitations to consider, such as limited options for food and drinks nearby. It would be beneficial to have tea and/or coffee available in the common areas or rooms.

Loved the rustic charm of the hotel, especially the lounge with cozy sofas. The children's pool was adorable. And who can resist the rustic wooden furniture and beams? Plus, the tour desk was a lifesaver.
Oh, and let's not forget the lovely seasonal outdoor pool and barbecue. Who needs a working credit card machine anyways?

The rooms at Agroturismo Iturbe are like a cozy retreat in the heart of nature. They have a kitchenette with a microwave, so you can cook a quick meal whenever you want. The private bathrooms are a nice touch, giving you your own space to relax. Plus, they provide free toiletries and a hair dryer, making it convenient for travelers like me who like to pack light. It really feels like a home away from home.
I personally didn't like the fact that there weren't many options between rooms and apartments. But hey, that's just my preference.

The hosts were mad cool and gave us all the deets on the sickest places to hit up. We went to this rad bar in San Bartolome and they had some bomb food! Plus, the local food festival in Bermeo was lit! We partied hard for four hours straight!
The only thing we wished for was a banging nightlife scene right by the hotel. It would've been dope to have some clubs or bars within walking distance to keep the party going all night long.

Unbelievable location, totally secluded and peaceful with a cozy house and amazing host. Perfect spot after visiting the city. The nearby bar and shop are a great convenience. The donkey is adorable! We also got to enjoy a lively local food festival. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and informative, and their kitchen is a bonus. The surroundings are incredibly quiet, yet just a short drive from the coast. The traditional house is beautifully decorated, and there are both indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. The host is flexible with your arrival time, and the presence of the curious donkey adds to the charm.

A charming lounge that made me feel like I was in a museum, rustic wooden furniture that brought out my inner country girl, and a tour desk that helped me pretend I'm an adventurous traveler.
No WiFi signal? Oh, how I missed the constant connection to the outside world.
